Week of 2/09/14
Workouts going great (a little sore). Diet going pretty good too. Just have to remember to eat sometimes though during the day. I've been trying to keep fruits & veggies at my desk to snack on throughout the day, it's when I'm at home moving around & doing stuff that I forget to eat because I don't feel hungry. I will get there, I'm sure of it.
